Bite and Blether is a joint community venture between Dyke and Edinkillie Church and Dyke and District Hall. We meet in the hall on the last Wednesday of the month throughout the year, apart from December. Come and join us between 11am and 1pm for home baking, tea/coffee, soup and to meet with friends and neighbours and make new friends.
This event has been going for a few years now and has a firm following. People come and meet and share time with fellow Dyke residents and visitors from further afield.
Typical soups are – Leek and Potato, Lentil and Tomato, Mushroom, Tomato and occasionally Cullen Skink. See pictures below for some examples of the baking.
Anyone who wishes to help or donate baking please contact Judith Sutherland 01309 641232
